On January 27th 1993 Dr. Handley wrote with regard to your reaccreditation. At that time he pointed out that the Committee had awarded Conditional Approval status to your Centre for a period of 6 months subject to the following:

1. That your facility purchase an electrocardiograph and deilbrillator.

2. That your staff be adequately trained in the use of this equipment.

We would appreciate notification as to whether or not these conditions have been met as well as the othcr recommendations that were made in the accreditation report forwarded to you with Dr. Handley's letter of January 27th 1993.
