LAWSUIT FROM PATIENT CLAIMING BOTCHED ABORTION
Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (Calgary) Action No. 9001-04085 between Gitanjali Varma and Dr. Theodore Busheikin, and the Peter Lougheed Centre of the Calgary General Hospital - it alleges a "perforation of the uterus" from the abortion procedure. The abortion took place on March 21, 1989.
